Workforce Diploma Project Service

The buyer needs a vendor to provide a workforce diploma project service for a government authority located in North Carolina. The selected vendor must administer the workforce diploma program and deliver a comprehensive virtual program that complements local adult high school services. The scope requires providing instructional and student support services, including academic assessments, transcript evaluations, individualized learning plans, proactive student engagement, mentoring, career advising, online tutoring, literacy and numeracy remediation, employability skills development, workforce credential preparation, and employment readiness services. Vendors must possess the capacity, technology infrastructure, instructional expertise, and student support resources to increase diploma attainment, improve workforce readiness, and support positive employment outcomes. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only, while the performance of the work will be onsite. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget.
