Financial Consulting Services

The government authority located in Sacramento, CA needs a vendor to provide on-call financial consulting services for a one-year contract period. The selected consultant will deliver offsite work covering development impact fee program support, agency formation, administration, special tax modeling, fiscal impact analyses, and financial modeling and projections. Additional scope includes fee updates, nexus study support, review of developer applications, cost estimates, and reimbursement requests, as well as preparing staff reports, presentations, technical memoranda, and Board of Supervisors presentations. Eligible bidders must perform work onshore within the USA. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 18, 2026.
