Vision Insurance Service

The buyer requires a contractor to provide a comprehensive vision insurance service program for a government authority located in Gilbert, AZ. The contractor must supply a designated account manager and account management team, secure internet portal access for employee claim views and employer reporting, and customer service from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Arizona time, Monday through Friday. Additionally, the contractor must support open enrollment by preparing benefit presentations and attending meetings as requested. The buyer sets the contract period for one year.
