The government authority in Hamilton, NJ requires a vendor to provide offsite financial advisor services for a one-year contract period. The buyer needs the vendor to consult on the issuance of taxable and non-taxable general obligation debt, analyze interest rates on financing plans, and manage the bond financing process. Additionally, the vendor must provide sensitivity analyses, negotiate key business points, develop plans of finance, prepare financing schedules, recommend bond timing, and manage competitive or negotiated sales.
