Supplemental Landscaping Services

The government authority located in Dallas, TX needs a vendor to provide supplemental landscaping services. The required scope includes mowing, edging, trimming, leaf and debris blowing, litter pick up and disposal, mulching, tilling, plant installation and maintenance, seeding, sod, aeration, and dethatching. Additional tasks comprise fence line clearing, pressure washing, irrigation system repair, general grounds site improvements, tree pruning, tree planting, tree stump removal, pre-mowing debris removal, post-maintenance clean-up, and repairing any contractor-caused lawn damage. The contractor must maintain sharp mower blades and coordinate all service scheduling through the Maintenance and Facilities Department via Chief of Operations Jacob Donnell or an authorized designee. Eligibility restricts participation to USA organizations, and the contractor must perform all work onsite. The buyer requests proposals for the budget and establishes a three-year contract period.
