Traffic Signal Construction Services

The buyer seeks a USA organization to provide onsite traffic signal construction services in Suffolk, Virginia. The requested scope includes mobilization, straight curb and gutter (CG-6), four-inch hydraulic cement concrete sidewalk installation, removal of existing guardrail and posts, concrete patch reconstruction, installation of emergency pre-emption cable, installation of conductor cable 19/6 pair communications cable, relocation of the existing controller cabinet, and provision of a truck-mounted attenuator. The contractor must perform all work in conformance with the latest editions of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices Road and Bridge Specifications, as well as the Road and Bridge Standards. The buyer limits eligibility to USA organizations and requires all work to occur onsite. The resulting contract period will last for one year.
