Holiday Lighting Services

The Town of Breckenridge seeks qualified USA-only organizations to perform offsite holiday lighting services. The contractor must handle the installation and take-down of holiday lighting across various specified locations, including the SH 9 Median, SH 9 Round-a-bout, Town Sign, Blue River Plaza, Riverwalk Corridor area, Town Hall, Breck Pro Building, and approximately 170 garlands and bows on town streetlights and bridges. The buyer requires the contractor to supply all necessary preparation work, tools, and equipment to complete the job safely. The contractor must connect all installations to approximately 70 digital timers equipped with battery backups and program them to an agreed-upon schedule. Additionally, the contractor must provide professional traffic control, including a Traffic Control Supervisor, and manage the shutdown of two lanes adjacent to the work site. Bidders must submit all questions by September 14, 2026. The buyer is currently looking for proposal pricing and will verify all submitted bidder information.
