Disaster Debris Monitoring Services

The City of Lake Station, Indiana requires a U.S.-based organization to provide disaster debris monitoring services for one year. The buyer needs the selected vendor to monitor debris generated from public rights-of-way, public property, drainage areas, waterways, and other designated areas for a current disaster and future disaster events. The vendor will perform work onsite or offsite. Requested duties include coordinating with debris contractors, scheduling work efficiently, monitoring recovery contractor operations, and recommending improvements to enhance recovery speed. Additionally, the vendor must certify contractor vehicles for debris removal using appropriate methodology and documentation practices. The buyer accepts proposals to establish the budget and requires all questions by September 22, 2026.
