Blended Finance Training Service

The government authority located in Washington, DC requires a vendor to design and conduct a blended finance training service focused on food systems transformation in Ethiopia. The buyer expects the consultant to enhance understanding of the food systems financing architecture, introduce blended finance concepts and instruments, build capacity to structure transactions, and improve knowledge of investment readiness, bankable project development, and risk-sharing mechanisms. To qualify, the vendor must possess a demonstrated track record of delivering food systems finance training with an emphasis on blended financing. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore USA organizations only. The vendor will perform the work offsite.
