External Audit Services

The government authority located in Brockville, ON needs an independent audit partner to provide external audit services supporting statutory financial reporting, accountability, and governance requirements. The buyer requires the vendor to plan and conduct annual audits, audit financial statements and financial information, and review compliance with accounting standards, legislation, and reporting requirements. The selected vendor must communicate audit findings, internal-control observations, and recommendations to management and Council, present audited financial statements to Council or committee meetings, coordinate with staff to meet statutory deadlines, and provide audit-related advice within scope. The buyer limits eligibility to Canadian organizations only. The vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer requests proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 2, 2026.
