Debt Collection Services

The government authority located in Knoxville, Tennessee, requires a vendor to provide offsite debt collection services for the University System and its associated campuses over a five-year contract period. The buyer seeks a USA-based organization prepared for a long-term working relationship in a demanding account environment. The requested scope includes due diligence, collection support, accounting, electronic services, litigation support, and the collection of past due debts such as tuition, fees, student loans, fines, returned checks, library fines, and children's center past due debts.
