The government authority in Alabaster, AL requires a USA organization to provide comprehensive property and casualty insurance brokerage, risk management, loss control, policy administration, and claims advocacy services. The selected vendor will serve as a strategic advisor and day-to-day service partner for a three-year contract period. Required scope includes program assessment, strategic planning, policy administration, carrier security, transition, renewal planning, marketing, placement, and coverage for loss of tax revenue and contingent business interruption. Additionally, the vendor must conduct quarterly stewardship and open-claim meetings with written reports, and deliver annual program reviews upon request.
