Clean and Close Services

The government authority in Atlanta, GA requires a vendor to provide clean and close services. The buyer seeks a provider to perform clean and close (secure) operations, which include removing all trash, debris, litter, rubbish, tires, and overgrowth such as grass, weeds, shrubs, kudzu, and other miscellaneous site features from both the interior and exterior of structures. The vendor must legally dispose of all trash and debris at an approved landfill. The buyer allows onsite or offsite performance of the work and is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
