Cost Recovery Administration Services

The government authority located in Forney, TX needs a USA organization to provide cost recovery administration services. The buyer requires the vendor to review fire department incident reports and supporting documentation to determine if emergency responses qualify for cost recovery. The selected vendor must identify applicable automobile, property, commercial, or other insurance coverages, prepare and submit claims to insurance carriers, and conduct claim follow-up. Additionally, the vendor must receive or process approved insurance reimbursements, pursue claims, and account for and remit recovered funds to the buyer. Bidders may perform the work onsite or offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 05, 2026.
