Youth Soccer Programming Services

The City of Margate, Florida seeks a qualified firm to deliver competitive youth soccer programming services and a comprehensive youth soccer and multi-sport community programming platform. The selected vendor must assume the sole provider role for competitive youth soccer within the city and collaborate with existing municipal recreational soccer programs that use city-owned facilities and fields. The contractor must establish and maintain required staffing, finances, programming, and facilities maintenance, while fulfilling all associated obligations. The vendor must perform all work onsite, and eligibility remains restricted to USA-based vendors. Offerors must submit sealed proposals by mail, hand delivery, or digital means via email or online. The Purchasing Division must receive proposals no later than 11:00 A.M. local time on Thursday, October 29, 2026. The city requests proposal pricing to evaluate the budget, and it reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, or make awards in whole or in part.
