Additionally, the buyer requires the vendor to build cash flow models for financing strategies, evaluate innovative financing and investments, review professional reports and feasibility studies, and assist with upgrading or maintaining credit ratings. The contractor must also review the financial impact of waste flow control on the Joint Meeting and help calculate assessment amounts for capital improvement plan upgrades.
