The government authority in Maine requires a vendor to provide municipal securities financial advisor services. The selected vendor must deliver overall financial advisory assistance for financings, coordinate the Plan of Finance, and assist in structuring transactions. Responsibilities include aiding in the selection and evaluation of underwriters, credit enhancers, bond insurers, and remarketing agents, as well as overseeing and preparing cash flow projections. The buyer also expects the vendor to review proposed interest rates, evaluate underwriter spreads, participate in agency Board meetings, and offer ongoing advisory support. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer seeks proposals to determine the budget.
