The government authority located in Fairhope, AL requires professional engineering services. The selected engineer will conduct all surveying, prepare all flood elevation certificates, delineate all wetlands, perform or cause the performance of geotechnical testing, locate all existing utilities, obtain all existing easement records, and perform research. Additionally, the engineer will serve as the primary point of coordination among all stakeholders, including property owners, and will inspect, consult, and advise during construction. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore USA organizations and mandates that the engineer perform the work onsite. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget.
