Yard Waste Site Grinding Services

The City of River Falls, Wisconsin seeks a vendor to provide yard waste site grinding services for a three-year contract period. The selected contractor must supply all required labor and equipment to process, grind, and pile materials at the specified yard waste drop site. The vendor must grind tree debris into separate piles of three-to-four-inch mulch pieces, grind the general yard waste, haul away all finished ground tree debris mulch and yard waste, and restore the site to its original condition. Eligibility requires an onshore USA organization. The buyer accepts work performed either onsite or offsite, and the budget status indicates the buyer is currently looking for proposals. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than October 2, 2026.
