Comprehensive Insurance Coverage Services

Guam Memorial Hospital Authority requires comprehensive insurance coverage for its property, operations, employees, vehicles, cyber, and related exposures. The requested scope includes coverage for business personal property, clinical equipment, hardware, software, ambulance equipment, off-site transit or installation property, and temperature-sensitive stock such as pharmaceuticals. Only onshore United States organizations may submit proposals, and performance of the work will occur offsite. The buyer requires bidders to submit their bid in duplicate, consisting of one original and one copy. Bidders must factor all costs for materials, equipment, labor, and other incidental expenses into their bid price for this fixed-price, definite quantity contract. Required submittals include brochures, descriptive literature, a 15% bid guarantee, an Affidavit Disclosing Ownership and Commission, an Affidavit re Ethical Standards, an Affidavit re No Gratuities or Kickbacks, and Special Provisions regarding restrictions against sexual offenders.
