Scope also covers forecasting cash flow, evaluating the financial feasibility of capital projects including external partnership structures, assessing capital investment timing, and benchmarking debt and liquidity ratios. The buyer seeks proposals to establish the project budget. The buyer restricts eligibility exclusively to onshore USA organizations.
