RFI for Weapons Simulator Training System - Sources Sought

The government authority in Norfolk, Virginia, seeks a vendor to provide a mobile weapons simulator training system. The buyer requires a flat wall license and panel measuring at least 12 feet wide and 7 feet 6 inches high. The requested scope includes a tool cabinet with all necessary tools and consumables for maintenance, repairs, replacements, and calibrations, along with high-pressure charging hoses. Additional required deliverables consist of hardware to utilize a Compressed Air Synthetic M4A1 SMART Rifle and a synthetic M240 within all Department of Defense mounted and dismounted gun platforms, a SMART Compressed Air magazine for the M4A1 Rifle, and a Compressed Air Synthetic M18 SMART pistol complete with laser, laser mount, laser spring, holster, assembly, and magazine. Only United States organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The contractor must perform all work onsite over a one-year contract period. The buyer is currently seeking proposals to determine the project budget.
