Municipal Accounts Receivable Collection Service

The Town of Riverdale Park, MD, seeks a USA-based vendor to provide offsite municipal accounts receivable collection services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must collect various delinquent municipal accounts, including automated enforcement citations, parking violations, code enforcement fines, business license fees, returned checks and associated fees, tax balances, false alarm fines, permit and rental license fees, property maintenance liens, special assessments, recreation program fees, and other town-identified receivables.
