Curriculum Development and Training Services for Community Connectors

The buyer needs curriculum development and training services for community connectors who promote economic development for small and local businesses in Philadelphia, PA. The buyer requires the vendor to design and deliver at least one orientation event and at least one other convening event during the contract period for all City-funded Connectors and their direct supervisors. The vendor must also provide monthly training or engagement opportunities and award certificates of completion to participants. Performance of the work will occur offsite. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore vendors, defined as USA organizations only. For the budget, the buyer is looking for proposals. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 2, 2026.
