Commercial Telephone System

The agency requires a comprehensive contract to completely replace existing TDM commercial telephony services with a new IP-based system, preferably using VoIP. The contractor must install and provide long-term support for approximately 19,773 endpoints across specified locations. Requested capabilities include standard telephony features, flat-rate billing for calls within the NANP, and DoW-specific features such as ACD, UCD, Call Trace, Pre-Set Conference, call forwarding, and voicemail. The system must interoperate with deployed auxiliary systems, including E-911, PCN, and SCN, while strictly complying with NG911 and 988 emergency requirements. Only USA organizations qualify for this opportunity. The contractor must perform all work onsite.
