A Texas-based government authority seeks an expert USA-based vendor to provide and install a dedicated 1 Gbps symmetrical internet service to support mission-critical operations at Dyess. The contractor must deliver this high-speed, low-latency connection directly to Building 7320, maintaining a consistent 1 Gbps speed and high uptime availability. The scope includes engineering, supplying, and installing all necessary transmission hardware, cabling, and handoff interfaces. The contractor must permit the customer to connect a government-provided fiber optic line directly into the handoff interface to extend the 1 Gbps connection to other facilities. Additionally, the vendor must supply and configure at least one public IPv4 address. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity, and all work performance will take place onsite. All installations must strictly comply with DISA, Air Force, and TIA/EIA standards. The buyer expects a contract duration of three years and is currently requesting proposals for budget considerations. The contractor bears no responsibility for end-user equipment beyond the demarcation point.
