Landfill, Transfer Stations and Disposal Services

The Arizona government authority requires a vendor to provide landfill, transfer stations, and disposal services. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to onshore USA organizations, and the selected vendor must perform all work onsite. The buyer requests proposals to determine the project budget.
