Disaster Debris Recovery Services

The City of Seneca seeks a US-based vendor to provide disaster debris recovery services following Ice Storm Fern to eliminate immediate threats to public health and safety. The contractor must remove debris from public playing areas, reduce debris by grinding it into mulch to leave on site, remove hazard trees and limbs, and dispose of all resulting debris and ash residue. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid, and all work must be performed onsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 30, 2026. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
