Park Construct Services

The buyer needs a USA-based vendor to provide park construction services at a site located in New Haven, CT. The requested scope includes protecting existing features to remain, locating underground utilities, managing soil erosion and sediment control, and executing contaminated soil excavation, transportation, and disposal. Additionally, the contractor must handle site preparation, backfill placement and compaction, aggregate surfacing, bituminous concrete sidewalks, chain link fences and gates, and miscellaneous coordination. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor must perform all work on-site. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 12, 2026, while the buyer requests proposals to determine the budget.
