Design-Build Services

The government authority in Mount Holly, NC needs a vendor to provide complete design-build services for an interior facility build-out. The requested scope includes offices, restrooms, a breakroom, storage space, utility rooms, circulation corridors, and all associated architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components required for a fully functional, occupiable building. Work performance must occur onsite. Only vendors based onshore in the USA are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The buyer will hold a pre-bid conference on October 09, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than October 13, 2026. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. The single-year contract term will run for one year.
