Market Survey for Procurement of Spares in Support of the Secure Mobile Anti-Jam Reliable Tactical (SMART-T) Program.

The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC) – Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCMD) – Strategic Sourcing Directorate (SSD), intends to acquire Parts to support the Secure Mobile Anti-Jam Reliable Tactical (SMART-T) system. This is a Light Source / Power Meter Kit, Part Number: 0831-2000 NSN: 6070-01-734-1566. The 0831-2000 Light Source / Power Meter (LS/PM) kit includes two light sources, one LED, and one Laser, and a Quad Power Meter that reads 850, 1300, 1310, and 1550 wavelengths. This kit also contains all the MQJ quality reference cables and adapters: two four-channel to ST reference cables one meter in length, and two ST-to-ST reference cables one meter in length, to zero out the LS/PM set-up. The LS/PM Kit will verify the insertion loss (quality of the signal across the end-faces as they touch). The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) for the parts. The TDP is not available for release. This is a follow-on procurement for Light Source /Power Meter kits. A small quantity of these kits were previously procured in early 2026 for training purposes.
