Affected Properties Services

The government authority in Council Bluffs, Iowa, needs a vendor to provide affected properties electrical services. The vendor must replace broken, damaged, or nonfunctioning switches and outlets, and ensure proper GFCI protection for specified locations including kitchens, bathrooms, exterior areas, garages, and non-habitable basements. Additionally, the scope requires at least two separate duplex wall outlets per habitable room and dedicated simplex receptacles on separate circuits of proper amperage and wire size for heavy appliance loads. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid, and the performance of the work will take place onsite. Bidders must attend a mandatory bid walkthrough on October 1, 2026.
