Private Collection Agency for Municipal Court Debt Service

The Town of Guttenberg seeks a private collection agency to provide municipal court debt service. The selected vendor must process account placements, enable automated account updates and interface management for external payments and status changes, and grant the Town secured, password-controlled access to the collection database. Additionally, the vendor must collaborate with the Town to design, approve, and send custom laser-printed delinquent notices immediately after accounts are entered into the system. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer requires proposals to establish the budget and will award a contract term of one year.
