Construction Management Consultant Service

The Town of Guttenberg seeks requests for qualifications for a Construction Management Consultant to perform onshore, onsite professional project management services. The selected vendor will assist with project planning, municipal department coordination, progress monitoring, status report preparation, and oversight of construction and non-construction projects. The contract term spans from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. Eligible candidates must be US organizations with significant construction management experience, including a minimum of 5 years of successful experience providing similar services to municipalities.
