Municipal Court and Police Department Accountant Services

The Borough of Fort Lee needs an onshore USA firm to provide as-needed municipal court and police department accountant services on site. The scope requires the awarded vendor to serve as the accountant for the Borough's Municipal Court and Police Department for the 2027 contract term. Only firms demonstrating the capability, federal and state licenses, a Business Registration Certificate, and willingness to provide high-quality services are eligible to bid. Bidders must mail or hand deliver an original and two bound copies of their Qualification Statement, including a cost proposal, past experience details, an executed Letter of Intent, and a signed Letter of Qualification, by October 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The Borough prohibits facsimile and email submissions. The Borough evaluates responses based on experience and reputation, availability to accommodate required meetings, and the cost proposal to determine the most advantageous submission.
