Joint Planning and Zoning Board Engineer Services

The Town of Guttenberg seeks requests for qualifications from onshore engineering firms to serve as the engineer for the Joint Planning and Zoning Board. The successful firm will perform onsite engineering services relating to planning and zoning board matters, municipal land use issues, and other topics as directed by the board. Eligible bidders must possess significant experience providing engineering services to New Jersey public entities and submit proof of business registration with the New Jersey Division of Taxation prior to contract award. The buyer evaluates proposals based on experience and references, as well as cost competitiveness. The buyer requires vendors to submit cost details, including hourly rates, along with various mandatory completed forms. The contract term runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.
