Local Textbook Adoption Service

Stafford County Public Schools requires a local textbook adoption service for family and consumer science grades 6 through 12, as well as textbooks for health and medical sciences, business and marketing, and trade industrial education. The contractor must provide offsite textbooks and supporting materials that align with career and technical education course competencies and workplace readiness skills. Additionally, the contractor must supply online review accounts for designated employees, students, and the community, while offering customer support and professional learning for school staff. Only USA organizations performing work offsite are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit electronic proposals digitally via email or online to the Procurement Officer by October 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time. Written inquiries are due by 11:00 a.m. on September 16, 2026, and no pre-proposal conference is scheduled. The contract term is effective for seven years from the award date, with an option to renew for up to one additional successive one-year period, resulting in a maximum contract length of eight years.
