RFI for K-5 Mathematics Curriculum Materials Service

Northshore School District seeks information from publishers and developers of K–5 mathematics curriculum materials to inform a future formal Request for Proposal. The requested scope includes comprehensive K–5 curriculum programs, manipulatives, physical materials, digital resources, technology, assessment and progress monitoring tools, teacher support, and professional learning components. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit their digital responses via email to https://mailfile.nsd.org/filedrop/bids by September 28, 2026, on or before 10:00 AM, with "RFI# 2026-09-27 K-5 Mathematics Curriculum Materials" in the subject line. Submissions must include Attachments A through E, covering company information, proposal certification, debarment certification, wage certification, and budgetary pricing models excluding sales tax. This RFI gathers information to plan a pilot program for the 2027–28 school year with full adoption to follow. Responses are non-binding, will not directly result in a contract award, and will not be evaluated to select a winning bidder.
