Progressive Design-Build Services

The Brunswick-Glynn County Joint Water & Sewer Commission requires progressive design-build services to construct and commission the new North Mainland Water Pollution Control Facility in Brunswick, Georgia. The requested scope includes planning, evaluation, 60-percent complete design, construction, commissioning, startup, operator training, and infrastructure extensions to meet water quality requirements and future growth demands. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit one original hard copy and nine copies of the complete proposal package by Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST to 1703 Gloucester Street, Brunswick, GA 31520. Mandatory pre-proposal meeting registration and initial questions are due by October 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time, followed by the mandatory pre-proposal meeting on October 14, 2026, and a final question deadline on October 19, 2026. BGJWSC staff will evaluate proposals using Section 6 guidelines, and the JWSC Board of Commissioners will make the contract award. The total final project budget limit is under $45,000,000.
