Sam Houston State University seeks a qualified contractor to provide as-needed electrical services, including all labor, equipment, and coordination, at various locations throughout the university in Huntsville, Texas. Only onshore United States organizations may bid, provided they hold required insurance, submit a HUB Subcontracting Plan, agree to terms, and satisfy specific federal compliance certifications. Proposers must submit bids electronically through BearKatBuy Sourcing Director by 3:00 PM CDT on October 19, 2026, after completing all certification steps. Vendors must submit written questions through the BearKatBuy Sourcing Director Q&A Board by 3:00 PM Central Time on October 6, 2026. The contract term spans two years. SHSU reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award contracts based on low line item bids, low total line items, or any combination serving its best interest.
