Spanish Substance Use Disorder Community Education Presentations Service

Washington County seeks a vendor to deliver Spanish substance use disorder community education presentations to eligible Spanish-speaking county residents. The selected contractor must translate English SUD presentations into Spanish, advertise these presentations, and deliver a minimum of eight approximately one-hour presentations per fiscal year. To qualify, bidding vendors must be USA-based organizations operating onshore. Vendors must ensure their service staff are fluent in Spanish and familiar with local Spanish culture. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by October 8, 2026. The contract term spans a five-year funding cycle, and performance of the work will occur offsite.
