RFI for Financial Inclusion Banking Services

The New York State Insurance Fund seeks information from qualified financial institutions and community financial service providers regarding the availability of low-cost banking and financial access solutions for claimants and beneficiaries. Vendors must perform the financial inclusion banking work offsite at their own office premises. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and NYSIF encourages all firms with relevant knowledge to respond. Interested parties must submit their responses by October 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST, and submit any questions via email to [email protected]. This RFI will not result in a direct contract award, but NYSIF will place respondents on a mailing list for any subsequent RFP.
