Enterprise Level Engineering and Systems Analysis Support (ELESAS)

The Defense Information Systems Agency Enterprise Engineering Directorate seeks capabilities from potential sources for enterprise-level engineering support, systems engineering, network assessments, tools development, and technical evaluations for Department of Defense network infrastructure, applications, and services. The contractor must provide subject matter experts on short notice for diagnostic support, perform service performance management, and develop applications to support network analysis and end-to-end diagnostics across IPv4 and IPv6 environments at up to the Top Secret level. Both small and large businesses across all socio-economic categories are eligible to bid, provided they possess a Top Secret Facility Clearance and can meet NAICS code 541512 requirements. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement package of up to ten pages via email to [email protected] by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on April 11, 2024. The agency will evaluate submitted responses to determine the technical capability and availability of potential sources, as well as the feasibility of a small business set-aside. The anticipated contract period of performance spans from September 30, 2027, to September 29, 2032. Primary work will occur at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, with potential travel across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
