Filter Media Replacement Services

The University of South Carolina needs a contractor to provide pool filter media replacement services at the USCA Natatorium Building in Aiken, South Carolina. The requested scope includes supplying all labor, materials, and equipment to remove existing sand filter media from the filter pit, dispose of old sand off-site, repair any damaged pool equipment or structures, and install new laterals alongside NSF 61 and NSF 50 certified 0.45mm AFDM NG Grade #1 permanent glass filter media. The contractor must submit new glass media samples for approval prior to installation, provide a minimum one-year warranty on work and materials, maintain a clean work site, and submit a summary of insurance policies. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. All questions must be submitted in writing by October 05, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET. A non-mandatory site visit is available. The contract period spans three years.
