The buyer requires a vendor to supply all labor, materials, tools, equipment, training, maintenance, technical support, travel, project management, and supervision to deliver access and support for a single comprehensive Environmental Management Services (EMS) Software-as-a-Service system. This software solution must secure operational data with encryption in transit and at rest, document business unit operations, and track projects, tasks, milestones, schedules, assets, locations, and various operational metrics. Only US onshore organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. The contract term is set for one year, and the buyer is actively seeking proposals to determine the budget.
