American Sign Language Services

Inland Empire Health Plan requires a vendor to provide American Sign Language (ASL) services. The requested scope includes text-to-ASL, audio-to-ASL, and alternative format transcription services for members needing written information in ASL. Work involves recording interpretation in a studio within a controlled environment using professional audio and video equipment, producing a new video that combines all segments while removing audio, and delivering text-to-ASL services on a DVD or USB drive. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and performance may occur onsite or offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests proposals for the budget. All questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026. The contract term spans one year.
