Architecture and Design Services

The City of Englewood’s Facilities Division seeks qualified firms to provide on-call architecture and design services for City-owned and managed properties. The requested scope includes architectural design and planning, feasibility studies, building system upgrades, modernizations, tenant improvement designs, capital improvement projects, landscape architecture, interior design, and structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering. Work will be performed on-site within Englewood, Colorado. Only firmly established, financially sound onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Proposals must not exceed 10 pages using an 11-point font or larger, excluding the transmittal letter, acknowledgment form, key personnel resumes in Appendix A, and appendices. Submittals are due prior to 2:00 PM on October 27, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026. Bidders must submit a Price Proposal detailing their billing structure and labor rate structures. The City's Selection Committee will evaluate and rank responsive proposals using a competitive, best-value selection process that may include written clarifications, presentations, and interviews. Contracts will be awarded for an initial one-year base period with options to extend for four additional one-year periods.
