Landscape Maintenance Services

The City of Norcross requires a contractor to provide landscape maintenance services for city-owned properties. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supplies to maintain landscape areas, playgrounds, irrigation systems, and drainage systems. Required duties include performing weekly maintenance, executing minor repairs, making replacements, identifying potential site issues, and completing authorized additional landscape work. Care for the Georgia Champion American Elm in Betty Mauldin Park is explicitly excluded from this contract. Only US organizations are eligible to bid, and the work must be performed onsite.
