Annual Audit Services

The Fulton County Government Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance seeks qualified consultants to provide annual audit services for its Finance Department. The selected vendor must perform the required annual audit and single audit offsite in accordance with government auditing standards, cost principles, uniform administrative requirements, and Institute of Certified Public Accountants standards. Only US organizations are eligible to bid on this procurement. Bidders must submit one original signed PDF proposal online through BidNet Direct by October 27, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Bidders must attend a pre-proposal conference on October 14, 2026, and send all questions to Mark Hawks by October 19, 2026. An evaluation committee composed of County personnel will review responsive proposals based on specified RFP criteria and potential oral interviews or site visits. The contract term is for one year, and the County seeks cost proposals from interested bidders.
