Educational Bathroom Evaluation Service

The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District requests proposals for an educational bathroom evaluation service at the Madison Public Market. The selected vendor must develop evaluation instruments, recruitment strategies, sampling plans, privacy procedures, and implementation plans to assess project impacts and connection to local water resources. A review committee evaluates proposals using a point system covering visitor experience, pricing cost-effectiveness, budget completeness, realistic timelines, and work plans. The District will award the contract to the best-qualified consultant following proposal scoring, potential virtual interviews, and compensation negotiations.
